Every home is different so of course, every staging is different. There are homes that need a little and homes that need a lot. Some homes just need advice (consultation) so the home owners can save on the staging cost and bank on the sale. There are homes that need a gentle tweaking with furniture placement, those that need a wash or paint adjustment and repairs. And every once in a while you come across one that needs a little of everything.
This gorgeous 28 acre ranch in Dripping Springs technically has three homes. The main home was beautifully designed and just needed a little tweaking since a staged home looks different than a lived in home. The guest house needed help with furniture placement so that potential buyers could appreciate the size of the space. Then there was the other guest house that had been used more for storage than guest – here are a few photos from each.

I tried to use or repurpose everything so the home owner wouldn’t have to move furniture or rent a storage. Here is a twin size book case head board that I thought would have to be moved, until I turned it upside down –
