Parade of homes
Is an appropriately named showcase of homes, the best of the best! Its a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon (or any other day of the week) especially if you are in the market for a new home. Although they are also great resources for anything home related, from services to design ideas! These tours are typically hosted by builders associations and usually charge a small fee. It allows builders, electricians, landscapers, stagers and so many others to showoff their work!
I had the honor of staging a stunning home in Spicewood that was recently on the Hill Country Parade of Homes tour. The home was built by Neiman homes, who not only build incredibly gorgeous homes, they are also wonderful people to work with!
