Yesterday I had the privilege to stage a vacant home in Cedar Park. The home owners are smart and informed and know by staging, they are dramatically increasing their odds of selling their home fast and for top dollar! Most potential home buyers cannot image a completely empty house as a cozy, inviting home for their family. They only see an overwhelmingly blank, cold and confusing canvas. By staging, the home sellers aren’t leaving those potential home buyers wondering if their furniture will fit – or what the purpose of a room is. Staging gives buyers an image of the clean, organized, well designed, beautiful home that we all aspire to live in.

Staged, we demonstrate how beautiful the space really could be. The current owner even commented she wished she had arranged the furniture how we did, so it would have felt more open while they lived there.
