Following a staging plan for a quick sale!

This bachelor pad needed staging! Luckily the bachelor was ready and willing to do what it took. I went in for a consultation, leaving him with a customized staging plan. After the seller completed the staging plan, I went back with a few pieces of needed furniture and accessories.

The result? A quick sale of course (2 days)!
