These sellers were eager to gather the family and get the stage done themselves. So we put together a staging plan and they did an excellent job in executing it!
In this before photo is hard to tell, but originally the back of the sofa was the first thing you saw when you walked in the front door (not all that delicious square footage). So we recommended better furniture placement and removing the recliner. Of course, we understand sellers still need to live comfortably, so almost all of our recommendations were made. You may see a pattern that is in most all of our staging recommendations (hint-starts with proper and end with furniture placement :-))
