Frame it!  It’s that, easy peasy.  From children’s masterpieces, photographs, postcards, letters, wallpaper, and to my personal favorite mirrors!  If you want to make a child feel special, take one of their drawings or macaroni sculptures off the fridge and frame it.  It gives the piece importance, the child gets a boost of confidence, and you get interesting conversational wall art.  Putting a frame around just about anything sets it apart and above the rest. Tape a post card on the wall and it looks like a post card taped to the wall.  Put that post card in a frame, or better yet, frame many post cards and now you have a collage of wall art that everyone will stop to admire.

What about those builder mirrors?  Ugh, you know the ones that builders put in bathrooms above the vanities because they are inexpensive and simple to install.  Most of us intend to replace those huge eye sores but it’s time consuming and costly.  First we have to take down the mirror, and once we do, what do we do with that huge piece of glass?  Then we have to replace it with expensive framed mirrors.  Then more than likely we need an electrician to replace that horrible Hollywood light fixture with two new ones.  Oh yea, then we need to paint and possibly repair the sheetrock.  Yes, it’s understandable why it’s one of those things that get pushed to the bottom of our to-do list.

So here is the quick, easy solution!!!  Don’t remove the mirror, Frame it with a frame from mirrormate! Here is the one I recently installed in my downstairs bath.Final
