Customized Staging Plan for occupied homes – starting at $300
(up to 2500 square foot)
Easy and Simple! Selling a home can be stressful but it does not have to be! Don’t waste your time, energy or money on costly repairs or updates that may or may not be needed. We can supply an organized, prioritized, cost effective plan of action! This is the smartest first step in selling a home for ANYONE!
For the Do-It-Yourself Seller – It is the most affordable and extremely effective staging option
For sellers limited on time – Need a profession to “Just do it” – WE CAN DO THAT TOO!
For sellers somewhere in between – Some sellers prefer to do a little (or a lot) on their own and have us back to ready the property to picture perfect before the photographer arrives.
How it works
1. Realtor or seller contacts us to schedule an appointment
We send written confirmation with “What to expect” email
2. Stager meets with seller & walks through the property, carefully evaluating each space from curb appeal to back yard
We encourage seller to take notes (in certain situations seller is not present)
3. Stager leaves seller with a “HOME SELLER STAGING SUCCESS PLAN & CHECKLIST” booklet, filled with helpful tips, recommendations and notes

- Stager returns to assist seller in completing the Staging (including supplying furnishings and or decorative staging items if needed)

Market Ready Staging – $399 and up
Just do it! Ready to get your home staged and on the market right away? Or maybe you simply do not have the time or desire to stage yourself. We can arrive ready to roll up our sleeves and transform your personal home into a buyers dream home. SET-STAGED-SOLD!
Staging Vacant homes – $50 travel/preview fee
One of the most dramatic transformations is taking a bare empty property and turning it into a cozy HOME that buyers can fall in love with, using the art of staging. To accomplish that 1) we personally preview each property, take measurements, evaluate colors-style, consider price range, location and our target buyers needs. Then 2) email a quote for staging, with the minimum recommended spaces staged, which is typically the heart of the home and may also include options for additional spaces such as office and outdoors. Our quotes are one all inclusive price (no hidden fees) for a term of one month; additional months (if needed) are at a reduced rate. Don’t leave money on the table with bad online photos of empty spaces and leaving potential buyers wondering the purpose of a room, where to put their furniture or thinking spaces are smaller than they are (rooms appear smaller without a frame of reference). Staging doesn’t cost money, it makes money $$$
Project Management
For those investors and sellers who need someone to take charge of preparing a property for sale. dTs begins by viewing the property, evaluating interior and exterior to determine what is needed and supply the seller a written list. Next, we gather estimates, discuss options and budget with the seller to establish scale of project. Once that is determine, dTs schedules and oversees the work until completion.

Ready for a fun new look for your current home? Short on budget and just need suggestions and a direction? Or maybe you are short on time and need everything from shopping to meeting the delivery people. From a little to a lot, we can help with that!
Most homeowners already own nice things, they just don’t know how to put them together! We bring the talent & creativity to Re-purpose, Rearrange, Recover and Replace (in that order :-))
We begin with a consultation and discuss goals (the look you hope to achieve), time frame (which may be in phases), budget (we help you calculate a number based on your goals). It all starts with one phone call and we are always happy to talk decorating!
We also offer holiday decorating, shopping services, paint color selections and can customize a package just for you!
Color Consultation, $300 & up
As a certified Color Expert, we are able to evaluate and factor your home’s fixed finishes, your personal color sensitively and style, current colors/undertones, trends and recommend the absolute best colors for YOU. Results impossible to achieve from looking at a tiny paint chip in the store or samples painted on your walls (ugh, please call us first!)
