Updating to sell part 2 – updating the baths

We started out with the kitchen and now here’s the baths. Quick reminder from part one, this property is being prepared to sell.

Like most of us, budget is a factor and when the goal is to sell, we work with what we have. The flooring in this bath had obviously been replaced but nothing else. The bath tub and shower surround were not the same and clashing with the newer, brighter floor. The only cabinet color choice was color, not a neutral, and the only choice for the countertop was a solid off white. I factored in those facts before determining the colors for the kitchen, so we’d have a nice cohesive look throughout. I think it turned out great!

The guest bath had the same newer looking floor but it also had gray wall tiles around the tub/shower. So our beautiful green cabinet color and solid off white quartz countertop worked perfectly and finished off this entire room update.
