Teresa Morris, owner of Designed to ShowOff, is our real estate company’s go-to home Home Stager to help our listings sell fast and for top dollar. She is flexible, excellent to work with, and always does a jaw-dropping job!

Teresa is AMAZING!  After eight long and excruciating months of being on the market with a realtor who convinced us that staging our home was unnecessary, we decided to trust our instinct and find a stager.   We were fortunate enough to find Teresa at Designed to Show Off.  She not only exceeded all expectations, but was so easy to work with and had wonderful ideas.  There is no question, it was her expertise that got us our first offer within only a few days.  We sold our home at full asking price with multiple offers within two weeks of Teresa working her magic!  Teresa is professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonable.  We will never sell another home without first calling Teresa at Designed to Show Off!  Our only mistake was not calling her sooner!

Teresa decorated our lake house which is about 1.5 hours from our home. I did not want to have to run up there, back and forth, to decide on every little detail. Plus, decorating really is not my specialty. Teresa got a good feel for the colors and style I liked, and then just made it all happen. Our lake house looks wonderful and I was very pleased with Teresa’s ideas. It turned out exactly they way I hoped it would.

I have used Teresa twice for homes that lingered on the market and I am convinced it was her staging and pictures that helped sell the homes. Teresa offers several options for both the real estate professional and homeowner. Teresa has a wonderful way with words and people and she knows how to help without offending. Money well spent and highly recommended!!!

 I have worked with Teresa of Designed to ShowOff on a handful of projects over the last couple years from partial to full home staging. I’ve seen first hand how hard she works clearing out huge rooms that looked like something out of Hoarders, and transforming them into a beautifully furnished living spaces. That not only makes my job infinitely easier, but the finished product looks far better than most occupied homes and especially vacant/unfurnished houses do. I’ve only heard her clients singing her praises in my experience so far, and have personally found her to be very professional and flexible with the needs of her clients.

Teresa, I don’t know if you heard but we sold the house ! I have to say the staging made a tremendous difference so thank you!!!  I guess from staging to signed contract was appx 3 -4 weeks I think? Nice job.  We should close by mid-July. I will let you know exactly when. Also the new owner showed an interest in buying some of the furniture. …FYI Jerry and I are starting another home at the lake and we will definitely use you as you results are proven. Thanks again.

She has worked with me to stage several homes and all of my clients have loved her. She is easy to talk to and can communicate sensitive things in a very professional manner. As a real estate photographer, I’ve shot all kinds of houses from completely empty to fully furnished, and having a beautifully staged home makes a night and day difference! Not only does Teresa make the house look beautiful, but she makes my work look amazing while saving me the hassle of making everything photo-ready.

I’ve worked with Teresa on a few shoots now, and I’ve noticed that she does everything from polishing the look of a furnished house to fully furnishing a totally empty house and giving it a totally new style, and they’ve been selling quick! When she walks into a room she immediately knows what does and doesn’t work, and somehow comes up with a vision of what the room should look like, and makes it happen!

Even the guys who delivered the table ask if the house was new and were shocked when I told them it was over nine years old.
